Omori Manga

OMORI manga adaption is serialized in Kodansha’s seinen magazine, Monthly Afternoon, illustrated by Nui Konoito-san [此糸 縫（このいと　ぬい）]. This manga adapts the popular psychological horror roleplaying game of the same name.

The story follows a hikikomori (shut-in) teenager named Sunny and his dream world alter ego Omori.

The protagonist navigates between reality and a surreal dreamscape alongside his friends Aubrey, Kel, Hero, Basil, and his older sister Mari. Together, they embark on a journey to confront their deepest fears and unravel a profound and unsettling truth.

Blending slice-of-life elements with psychological horror, the manga explores themes of depression, anxiety, guilt, and trauma through its unique art style and storytelling.
